Account Manager – Automated Mobility Solutions (AMS)

We are currently recruiting for Automated Mobility Solutions (AMS) Account Manager position. This role will be based in Tokyo, Japan and you will be responsible for managing the Japan and Taiwan Territory for the AMS sales.

  • Achieving or exceeding targeted bookings and market share objectives.
  • Manage key accounts and develop strong relationships with multiple stakeholders including distributors, government organizations, engineering, purchasing and senior management
  • Increase customer base and close orders with new target customers
  • Identify and create new sales opportunities with both new and existing customers
  • Provide monthly forecasts and reports of business potential in assigned area
  • Work closely with BU and regional teams to proactively drive sales opportunities forward
  • In addition, sales managers may be requested to assist the Country Manager and business unit marketing team with researching new market opportunities and launching new products

Pre-requisites and Skills:

  • Experience in sales, as an account manager in Wireless Service Providers market and Radio Access networks.
  • Solid understanding of Network Assurance market/technologies.
  • Ability to build relationships with key customer decision makers, including executive engagement and alignment.

    • Good oral and written communication skills in English, Japanese and Chinese is required to support the Japan and Taiwan territories

Qualifications:

  • Minimum Degree holder in Telecommunications/Computer/Electrical Engineering from a recognized institution
  • At least 5 years of sales experience in technology related industry
