We are looking for an ambitious AMHS TPM & Logistics Coordinator to join our dynamic team in Boise, ID, USA. This role supports flawless coordination of Automated Material Handling System (AMHS) logistics and Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) within our world-class FAB 4 operations and ID1 expansion.
Responsibilities:Own end-to-end coordination of AMHS material movement from off-site warehouse to the ID1 cleanroom, ensuring timely, efficient, and safe delivery.
Partner with Construction, Tool Install, and AMHS Engineering teams to resolve space conflicts and maintain strict installation schedules.
Monitor and sustain construction and AMHS laydown areas to TPM 6S standards, ensuring a clean and organized environment.
Drive engagement across AMHS teams to ensure required TPM meetings, audits, Continuous Improvement Proposals (CIPs), and trouble list actions are successfully implemented.
Lead cross-functional coordination, tracking achievements, risks, and dependencies impacting AMHS logistics and TPM execution.
Minimum 3 years of semiconductor manufacturing experience.
Minimum 5 years of program, project, or operations management experience.
Demonstrated experience in coordinating cross-functional teams in a high-volume manufacturing or construction environment.
Strong organizational, communication, and collaborator management skills.
Ability to work effectively in dynamic, fast-paced fab environments.
Experience supporting AMHS systems (e.g., OHT, stockers, material transport systems).
Hands-on experience with TPM programs, audits, and continuous improvement activities.
Experience with fab layout planning, space optimization, and logistics flow development.
Familiarity with Micron TPM tools, 6S standards, and reporting systems.
Background in capital projects, tool installation, or fab expansions.
