We are seeking a dedicated AMHS Fab Engineer to join our team in Taiwan. This role offers an outstanding opportunity to contribute to high-impact projects, collaborate with proven experts, and successfully implement solutions that determine the future of information technology.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain Automated Material Handling Systems (AMHS) to ensure flawless production flow in the fab.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to craft and implement world-class engineering solutions.
• Conduct data analysis to identify and resolve system issues, ensuring continuous improvement and operational excellence.
• Strictly adhere to safety and quality standards, competing to achieve industry-leading performance metrics.
• Lead projects to upgrade and optimize AMHS, driving operational efficiency and innovation.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Proven experience in AMHS or semiconductor manufacturing.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to determine root causes and implement effective solutions.
• Outstanding ability to collaborate with diverse teams and communicate technical information clearly.
• Ambitious approach with a focus on continuous improvement and achieving flawless results.
• Proficiency in programming languages and automation software is a plus.

Education and Experience:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in a semiconductor manufacturing environment.
• Demonstrated success in leading engineering projects and delivering high-impact results.
• Experience with data analysis tools and methodologies.
• Prior experience with industry standards in AMHS is preferred.
