Job Summary: 


The Club Manager is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the community clubhouse and surrounding amenities, ensuring exceptional service delivery aligned with Arch Amenities Group (AAG) values and service standards. This role leads a team to maintain facility excellence, provide superior guest experiences, and ensure operational efficiency across all amenity spaces.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure all facility operations and staff performance consistently meet AAG values and service standards.
  • Manage administrative functions including new hire paperwork, payroll processing, and employee scheduling promptly and accurately.
  • Lead team training, including orientation, ongoing guidance, and performance feedback to foster a high-performing team.
  • Conduct employee evaluations and make recommendations on hiring, promotions, disciplinary actions, and terminations to the Regional Director.
  • Oversee all functions and amenities of the clubhouse, including front desk, sports courts, fitness center, resort and lap pools, community events and lifestyle programming, and the poolside cafe.
  • Perform daily inspections using cleaning and maintenance checklists to ensure facility cleanliness and safety.
  • Utilize point of sale software efficiently to support daily functions.
  • Welcome and acknowledge all residents and guests professionally, adhering to company hospitality standards.
  • Address and resolve resident and guest complaints promptly, ensuring a positive experience.
  • Respond to resident requests, phone calls, and concerns swiftly and courteously.
  • Monitor and secure lobby and common areas to ensure safety and comfort.
  • Facilitate contractor access and foster positive relationships with preferred vendors.
  • Comply with all company policies, procedures, and grooming standards, demonstrating professionalism.
  • Exhibit a positive, enthusiastic attitude and contribute as an effective team player.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in recreation, amenity, lifestyle, or facility management, preferably in residential settings.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Exceptional customer service and communication abilities.
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in property management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • CPR/First Aid certification preferred.
  • High attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high standards.
