As part of the Mondelēz International Digital Services division, you have global responsibility for a specific discipline that may include partnering with leaders in sales, finance, marketing, customer service and logistics, procurement, HR, etc. You lead a team that delivers best-in-class service and value creation to their clients and that always strives for operational excellence.
How you will contribute
You will work with others, including C-Suite and other senior personnel, to define the experience direction. In addition, you will design and re-engineer processes to ensure customer-focused delivery of services and ensure that value is delivered by using performance metrics and analysis.

More about this role
• In partnership with the Regional MDS Leaders understand current and future digital needs for the Region including intake/request and demand management
• Provide support to BUs with identifying requirements and application for digital as an offering.
• Provide support to BU's and deploy the system enhancements required for the running the MSC operations.
• Provide leadership in presenting all innovation being delivered by Mondelez MSC Innovation team to drive awareness.
• Lead ACXX planning for MSC MDS for Reg and part of Digital strategy delivery to the region.
What you need to know about this position:
• Partnership with the Regional MSC/BU MSC leaders to drive the supply chain agenda.
• Lead as a forward-thinking technologist that can accelerate Mondelez's focus areas such as building stronger foundational technology capabilities, reducing complexity, employing digital transformation concepts, and leveraging disruptive technology
• Address specific business challenges, integrate processes, and create great digital MSC experiences
• Co-Lead strategy on Digital transformation, Technology implementation and help BU/Region to deliver the supply chain priorities.
• Ongoing business support and govern overall delivery of the identified system enhancements to BU's/Regions.
• Work across the Region to identify opportunities where technology can add value, contribute to process improvement, and result in cost savings.
• Align with global towers and other MDS functions to the region priorities, get required support to deliver the MSC regional agenda.
• Serve as the SPOC to BU/Regions on MDS MSC related topics to minimize touchpoints and organizational complexities.
• Lead the MSC MDS Reg organization, give right coaching to team and make them future fit for purpose leaders.
What extra ingredients you will bring:
• Good understanding on supply chain concepts and manufacturing technologies.
• Experienced in SAP, IBP and Planning systems.
• Proactive problem solving and critical thinking capabilities

• Extensive experience communicating effectively across all levels of the organization
• Ability to lead a group through a design thinking approach
• Understanding of current digital technologies and how they are used to solve challenges today and in the future.

• Patience, perseverance, and resourcefulness, including the ability to think past current constraints and influence others to gain buy-in and alignment
• Ability to measure, evaluate, and act on financial and operational results

Education / Certifications:
Job specific requirements
- 15+ years of experience in supply chain & manufacturing operations.
- Experience in working with SAP, planning systems, IBP tools and developing supply chain digital transformation journey
