Join our team as an AME ZET Program Manager!
Play a key role in transforming Garrett's global manufacturing capabilities for Zero Emission Technologies (ZET). In this highly visible position, you will lead cross-functional industrialization and manufacturing programs, driving flawless new product launches, capacity planning, capital investments, operational excellence initiatives, and strategic manufacturing transformation projects across our global operations.
What You'll Do:
- Lead end-to-end manufacturing and industrialization programs for Zero Emission Technologies.
- Drive New Product Introduction (NPI) execution, ensuring critical milestones are achieved on time.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams across Engineering, Manufacturing, Procurement, Finance, and Operations.
- Manage capacity planning and support capital investment (CapEx) activities for global manufacturing projects.
- Monitor project performance, identify risks, and drive timely resolution of roadblocks.
- Lead equipment launch activities, from supplier engagement through installation and handover to production.
- Support operational excellence, continuous improvement, and strategic manufacturing initiatives.
- Contribute to Garrett Excellence Model (GEM) deployment and transformational Kaizen projects.
What We Need:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field.
- 5+ years of Program Management experience in the automotive industry.
- Proven experience leading New Product Introduction (NPI) programs.
- Strong understanding of manufacturing engineering and industrialization processes.
- Experience managing multiple stakeholders in a complex, matrixed environment.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
- Six Sigma Green Belt certification required.
- Fluent English.
- MBA, Lean Expert, or Six Sigma Black Belt certification are considered advantages.
