The Role
Design, develop, implement and improve End-of-Line (EOL) and special production test processes (run-in, flashing) and NVH evaluation. Create test profiles, process controls, signal processing and ECU/vehicle interface tests using automotive tools. Lead supplier collaboration, manage personnel training, budget tracking, and manufacturing cost estimation. Apply APQP, PFMEA/DFMEA, GD&T, SPC and lean/core tools to meet safety, quality and productivity targets.

Job Responsibilities:

Objetivo de la posición: Conceptualizar, cotizar, planear, diseñar, desarrollar, medir, controlar, implementar. mejorar los procesos de prueba dinámicas y de funcionalidad (EOL) y procesos especiales como son la estación de quemado (Run In Process) o estaciones específicas de carga software (Flashing Process) requeridos en Magna Powertrain con el fin de cumplir con los objetivos de seguridad, calidad y productividad, establecidos por la empresa y departamento a través de la Organización, planeación y optimización de los recursos.

Conocimientos:  

Técnicos:

Conocimiento del proceso específico (EOL), diseño e implementación de error/mistake proofings, conocimiento de APQP, dominio de herramientas de manufactura esbelta, AIAG, PFMEA, DFMEA, GD &T, MSA, CAD, SPC, PPAP, MAFACT, MQS, LEAN, Core tools; funcionamiento de producto y sus interfaces de afectación con vehículo y proceso de ensamble
Específicos NVH: Desarrollo de evaluación de NVH, pruebas de funcionalidad, procesos especiales electrónicos/electromecánicos, procesamiento de señales de ruido, utilización de herramientas de comunicación e interface automotriz (CANape, CANoe, Vflash, ECU); manejo e Interpretación de señales aplicables a la estación (acelerómetro, rampas, plots, RPS, respuesta de torque).

Administrativos:

·Colaboración y desarrollo de proveedores.
·Colaboración, responsabilidad y seguimiento del desarrollo de actividades de los nuevos proyectos de cliente, internos e iniciativas globales.
·Administración, capacitación y desarrollo de personal a su cargo estableciendo prioridades en actividades de mejoramiento en planta, para maximizar resultados.
·Seguimiento al presupuesto de los programas asignados.
·Desarrolla estimación de costos de manufactura para nuevos proyectos.

Identificación de características relevantes al proceso de manufactura.

Requisitos:

Dos años mínimos de experiencia en procesos productivos y líneas de ensamble.
Experiencia desarrollo de perfiles de prueba, sistemas NVH y conocimiento de cajas de engranes y diferenciales
Inglés avanzado

Skills Required

  • Minimum two years experience in production processes and assembly lines
  • Experience developing test profiles and NVH systems; knowledge of gearboxes and differentials
  • Advanced English
  • Knowledge and application of EOL processes, error/mistake proofing, APQP, PFMEA, DFMEA, GD&T, MSA, SPC, PPAP, AIAG, MAFACT, MQS, Lean and Core tools
  • Experience with NVH evaluation, signal processing, and automotive communication/interface tools (CANape, CANoe, Vflash, ECU)
  • Supplier collaboration, program budget tracking, manufacturing cost estimation and personnel development/ training
