Skills Required
- Minimum two years experience in production processes and assembly lines
- Experience developing test profiles and NVH systems; knowledge of gearboxes and differentials
- Advanced English
- Knowledge and application of EOL processes, error/mistake proofing, APQP, PFMEA, DFMEA, GD&T, MSA, SPC, PPAP, AIAG, MAFACT, MQS, Lean and Core tools
- Experience with NVH evaluation, signal processing, and automotive communication/interface tools (CANape, CANoe, Vflash, ECU)
- Supplier collaboration, program budget tracking, manufacturing cost estimation and personnel development/ training
