We’re looking for a detail-oriented and resourceful Amazon Product Researcher & Listing Specialist to join our team and help us scale our product portfolio with precision and strategy.
🔍 Role OverviewThis role combines market intelligence, supplier sourcing, and listing optimization. You’ll be responsible for identifying profitable products, analyzing competition, sourcing suppliers, and creating compelling Amazon listings that convert.
📌 Key Responsibilities- Conduct in-depth product research using tools like Helium 10, Jungle Scout, and ChatGPT
- Analyze market trends, competition, and pricing strategies
- Identify and evaluate suppliers (local and international) for product sourcing
- Create optimized Amazon listings including titles, bullet points, descriptions, and backend keywords
- Monitor listing performance and suggest improvements based on analytics
- Collaborate with graphic designers for product images and A+ content
- Stay updated on Amazon policies, SEO trends, and platform changes
- 🧠 Proven experience in Amazon product research and listing creation
- 🔍 Strong analytical skills and familiarity with research tools (Helium 10, Jungle Scout, etc.)
- 🌐 Experience in supplier sourcing and negotiation
- ✍️ Excellent written English; ability to craft persuasive and SEO-friendly content
- 📊 Proficiency in Excel, Google Sheets, and e-commerce dashboards
- 🧩 Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills
- 🌎 Bilingual (English + Mandarin or Spanish) is a plus for supplier communication
- 💡 Self-starter with a growth mindset and ability to learn new tools quickly
- Monday to Friday, 9:30 AM – 4:30 PM EST
