Key Responsibilities

1. Manage and maintain Amazon seller accounts to ensure healthy, sustainable growth under a premium product operations model. Responsibilities include product listing, optimization, and promotional activities.

2. Take full ownership of sales performance across Amazon brand accounts and storefronts.

3. Stay up to date with platform policies and regulations to ensure accounts operate securely and in full compliance. Monitor all platform performance metrics, maintain excellent account health, and uphold strong store and product ratings.

4. Break down annual, quarterly, and monthly sales targets set by leadership into actionable plans, drive execution, and provide regular progress updates and feedback.

5. Conduct market research and analysis for products. Develop product marketing plans and replenishment strategies based on market conditions and sales targets, maintaining healthy inventory turnover rates and adequate safety stock levels.

6. Handle product listings, listing optimization, and storefront enhancement. Propose design requirements for main images, A+ content, and detail pages in line with market aesthetics and local language standards, ensuring product selling points are communicated comprehensively, accurately, and authentically.

7. Plan and execute advertising campaigns for products. Demonstrate proficiency in all Amazon on-site advertising formats, apply them flexibly, analyze advertising reports, and continuously optimize campaign performance.

8. Analyze sales data, collect, monitor, and evaluate competitor market behavior. Apply both on-site and off-site traffic acquisition methods, adjust sales strategies in a timely manner, optimize operational outcomes, and develop improvement initiatives.

1. Bachelor’s degree or above (full-time program). Minimum 5 years of Amazon operations experience with a solid understanding of premium product operational models. Candidates with a background in footwear, apparel, or FMCG categories are preferred.

2. Thorough understanding of Amazon’s policies and platform mechanics. Candidates with a proven track record of successful account operations are preferred.

3. Familiarity with consumer purchasing behavior in US, European markets. Proficiency in deploying and managing various Amazon advertising types.

4. Expertise in Amazon’s premium operations model and brand-building methodology. Strong goal orientation and results-driven mindset.

5. Agile thinker with clear, structured, and logical reasoning. Possesses a strong sense of risk awareness and cost control, along with solid data analysis capabilities.

6. Proactive and self-motivated with a strong sense of responsibility. Resilient under pressure, a fast learner, and highly adaptable to new concepts and technologies. Genuinely passionate about the Amazon platform.
