Digital Commerce has been identified as a priority channel for growth and outperformance for Mars Wrigley in Europe. Amazon is a critical partner to deliver our stretching ambition, driving both our regional strategy and our growth targets in the France Cluster. This role exists to own and drive our Amazon France (FR) & Pureplay Relationships, delivering financial targets on net sales, profitability, and market share, while executing our plans with absolute excellence.
As our Key Account Manager, you will have the unique opportunity to evolve in a highly strategic, international commercial environment. You will hold complete business responsibility for the Amazon France P&L and key pure players. This is a broad, high-visibility role where you will manage everything from assortment and promotions to cutting-edge retail media, working in close collaboration with our regional teams to create the snacking impulse online.
What are we looking for?Mandatory Commercial & Sales Experience: A proven track record in commercial roles, account management, and direct commercial negotiations is required.
FMCG or E-Commerce/Marketplace Background: Experience working directly with major e-retailers/key accounts, within a major FMCG (Fast-Moving Consumer Goods) company, or managing marketplaces within agile e-commerce players.
Strong Negotiation & Matrix Management Skills: Proven ability to lead complex negotiations (including Joint Business Plans and international buyer relations) and successfully navigate a collaborative, regional matrix organization.
Highly Analytical & Numerate: Strong capability to leverage data to drive business decisions, combined with excellent communication and influencing skills.
Growth Mindset & Curiosity: An ambitious, results-oriented professional who learns quickly, takes ownership, and is excited about building the future of e-commerce.
Passion for Digital Commerce: An "early adopter" mindset. While previous digital-specific experience is an advantage, your commercial drive and curiosity are what matter most.
Fluency in English & French is required
Own the Customer Relationship: Lead overall engagement and build strong, collaborative relationships with Amazon FR & key Pureplay customers.
International Collaboration: Partner closely with regional Amazon hubs (including managing buyer relationships in the UK) and external suppliers to coordinate execution and share best practices.
Cross-Functional Leadership: Manage a dynamic internal stakeholder network across local French sales teams and regional teams to coordinate inputs and deliver on all KPIs.
P&L Responsibility: Take full ownership of the Amazon FR P&L, driving profitable growth to target a highly ambitious plan.
Joint Business Plans (JBPs): Lead strategic negotiations, annual JBP agreements, and manage pricing/commercial terms
Strategic Growth: Identify and develop white-space opportunities to position Mars as a leading growth partner in the French pureplay market.
Activation & Retail Media: Drive Amazon FR activation plans, promotional calendars, product listings, and search/media optimization.
Perfect Digital Store Execution: Champion best-in-class execution on Amazon, focusing on product availability, buyability, Share of Search, and content optimization.
Demand Planning & S&OP: Own the Amazon FR volume forecasting process, feeding directly into the Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) cycle to secure excellent Customer Service Levels (CSL).
Algorithm Expertise: Become the internal expert on the Amazon algorithm to boost brand visibility, conversion, and retail sales.

Skills Required
- Proven commercial and sales experience in account management and direct commercial negotiations
- Experience in FMCG or e-commerce/marketplace roles working with major e-retailers or key accounts
- Strong negotiation skills and ability to manage matrix/regional stakeholder relationships (JBPs)
- P&L ownership experience and ability to drive profitable growth
- Highly analytical and numerate; data-driven decision making
- Fluency in English and French
