Location: Madrid, Spain (Office presence expected at minimum 3 days per week)

About the role:

You'll be the Amazon operations expert behind our clients LDB and PPD presence, ensuring every product listing, content asset, and brand store meets the highest standards for compliance and competitiveness. Working mostly across the “Big 5” markets Germany, UK, France, Italy, and Spain – but also the “Next 3” markets (Netherlands, Sweden & Poland) you'll execute content strategies that showcase dermatological expertise and professional credibility. 

We're looking for someone who can deliver consistent, high-quality execution across all Amazon European markets while maintaining our clients premium standards. Success means achieving 100% content compliance, complete catalogue coverage, and competitive positioning that reflects each brand's expertise.

What you will be doing:
  • Execute Amazon content operations across all European markets (Germany, UK, France, Italy, Spain, Netherlands, Sweden & Poland)) for LDB and PPD brands 
  • Manage product catalogues ensuring complete, accurate, and compliant listings that meet Amazon guidelines
  • Create and maintain A+ Content and Brand Stores that showcase dermatological science and professional expertise
  • Audit content performance against competitors, identifying gaps and opportunities for improvement
  • Build comprehensive content libraries that support consistent brand presentation across all Amazon touchpoints
  • Collaborate with our client's brand teams to gather product information, clinical data, and usage guidance
  • Coordinate localisation efforts ensuring content accuracy across different European languages and regulations
  • Monitor Amazon compliance requirements and implement changes to maintain listing eligibility
  • Develop content workflows that ensure timely product launches and seasonal campaign support
  • Track content completeness metrics, audit scores, and competitive positioning benchmarks
What you need to be great in this role:
  • A track record demonstrating 3-5+ years of e-commerce expertise with deep, hands-on Amazon platform operational knowledge 
  • Proficiency in English & Spanish is required as we are a global business.
  • Mastery of Amazon Vendor Central catalogue management, ASIN creation workflows, and compliance requirements
  • Advanced skills in content optimisation, A+ Content development, and Brand Store management
  • Strong analytical abilities with Excel proficiency for tracking content performance and audit metrics
  • Experience working with professional beauty or dermatological products preferred
  • A talent for managing complex content operations while maintaining quality standards
  • The ability to coordinate effectively with brand teams and execute against established guidelines
  • Understanding of European market regulations and localisation requirements for beauty products
  • Experience with content compliance auditing and competitive analysis preferred
  • A detail-oriented approach that ensures accuracy across multiple markets and product categories
  • Qualifications: Formal degrees are welcome but not required. Equivalent experience counts. Experience can be gained through work, study, volunteering, or self-directed learning.
