The Role:

We’re looking for an experienced and client-focused Amazon Brand Manager to join our growing team. In this fully remote role, you’ll be the strategic partner and primary point of contact for our clients, developing winning marketplace strategies, leading cross-functional initiatives, and driving performance across Amazon and other eCommerce platforms.

What You'll Do:

  • Own the Client Relationship: Serve as the strategic lead for your accounts, aligning brand goals with actionable plans, category growth initiatives, and measurable business outcomes. Build client-facing presentations and lead recurring client calls to discuss strategy, performance insights, growth opportunities, and key business initiatives.

  • Lead Advertising Strategy: Oversee Amazon and retail media advertising strategy across Sponsored Ads, DSP, and emerging eCommerce platforms. Partner with internal and external teams to guide campaign direction, review performance, identify optimization opportunities, and resolve advertising issues. Experience with AI-driven PPC tools and platforms such as Quartile is a major plus.

  • Drive Performance & Insights: Analyze KPIs, monitor campaign health, uncover growth opportunities, and lead recurring business reviews with clients and stakeholders. Translate advertising data into strategic recommendations that improve efficiency, visibility, and sales performance.

  • Collaborate Cross-Functionally: Work closely with analysts, creatives, account managers, ad tech partners, and marketplace teams to ensure cohesive execution across advertising, content, inventory, and overall brand strategy.

  • Innovate and Optimize: Stay ahead of Amazon and retail media trends, evaluate new tools and automation opportunities, and recommend scalable strategies that enhance long-term performance.

  • Support Multichannel Growth: Contribute to retail media and marketplace strategy across platforms including TikTok Shop, Walmart Connect, Criteo, and Instacart, ensuring alignment with broader omnichannel objectives.

What You Bring:

  • 3+ years of experience managing Amazon brands within an agency, aggregator, or eCommerce brand environment.

  • Strong understanding of the Amazon ecosystem, including catalog management, retail readiness, content optimization, promotions, inventory considerations, and advertising strategy.

  • Experience overseeing Amazon advertising performance across Sponsored Ads and DSP, with the ability to evaluate results, identify opportunities, and guide strategic optimization initiatives.

  • Proven ability to manage cross-functional priorities and drive brand growth through data-driven decision making and marketplace strategy.

  • Strong client communication and presentation skills, with experience leading business reviews, presenting strategic recommendations, and building trusted partnerships.

  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret performance data, identify trends, and translate insights into actionable growth strategies.

  • Excellent project management, organization, and prioritization skills in a fast-paced environment.

  • Familiarity with tools like Quartile, Helium 10, and Amazon Seller Central.

We offer a competitive salary between $90,000 and $105,000 USD annually along with opportunity for commission and bonus. All compensation ranges are based on experience and expertise.
