AM, Segment Management
The Assistant Manager/Manager, Segment Management will support the development and execution of strategies to optimize acquisition campaigns for the Premier Banking and Premier Private Client segments. This role requires strong analytical capabilities, attention to detail, and effective collaboration with cross-functional teams. The incumbent will assist in implementing group-wide best practices within the local market to drive business acquisition and monitor campaign performance.
What you do
Assist in developing and refining acquisition and portfolio strategies for Premier and Premier Private Client segments.
Support the planning, execution, and optimization of marketing and acquisition campaigns.
Analyze campaign performance data to identify trends, insights, and areas for improvement.
Collaborate with distribution, wealth management, and analytics teams to ensure alignment and effective campaign delivery.
Implement group-wide learnings and best practices in the local market context.
Prepare regular reports and presentations on campaign performance and segment growth.
Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and support performance tracking efforts.
Maintain organized documentation of strategies, campaigns, and results.
Support ad hoc projects related to segment management and business development.
Who you are
Strong analytical and quantitative skills, with proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, PowerBi).
Basic understanding of consumer banking products and Premier banking segments.
Good organizational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to collaborate effectively within cross-functional teams.
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
