A day in the life of a Manager, Global DTC Analytics at Altra looks like this.

As the Manager of Global DTC Analytics, you will set the strategic direction for analytics across Altra’s Direct to Consumer business globally, including North America (AMER) and Europe, Middle East & Africa (EMEA). You’ll lead the development and execution of a unified analytics strategy, ensuring alignment with global business objectives and local market needs. You will establish and maintain standardized reporting frameworks and dashboards for AMER and EMEA, enabling consistent measurement, benchmarking, and actionable insights across regions. Combining strong analytics expertise with DTC knowledge and high business acumen, you’ll partner with stakeholders across the Altra brand (marketing, ecommerce, operations, product, etc.) to unearth actionable insights that support and guide both strategic and tactical decision making. Your ability to combine disparate data sets and use data visualizations will make it easy for the Altra Leadership Team and other stakeholders to understand opportunities and make quick business decisions.

You will support day-to-day management of our North American revenue forecast (US & CA) on both ecommerce and brick-and-mortar stores and connect the dots from business and consumer metrics trends to the impact on business KPIs. As a component of this analysis, you will own analysis and strategy on all ecommerce conversion rate optimization efforts. This role will lead the team in uncovering friction points in the sales funnel and then partner with UX and design teams to structure tests to remove identified friction.

This role will manage and mentor a direct report analyst to support analyses across regions, fostering collaboration and professional growth in a global context.
