The Associate Demand Planner owns all forecasting aspects of their regions, that will trigger buys to Supply Planning.  This role reports into the Sr Manager of Demand, Supply, and Inventory Planning.

  • End to end demand/forecast management, including roll up and validation of regional demand plans across multiple channels.

  • Maximize inventory productivity by maintaining an 6-12 month seasonal forecast and ensure that new SCO’s are supported by enough depth to justify adoption.

  • Become an expert on sell thru information by analyzing sell in and sell out product performance regularly and apply learnings to forecasting models.

  • Provide analysis and follow through for business improvements related to, but not limited to, shipping, inventory, SCO efficiency, systems, and process.

  • Optimize Channel Size Curves & Long-Range Planning: Own and manage all channel size curves in Logility, ensuring precision in demand planning, and lead the analytical rollup of LRP and MFP for strategic decision-making.
