Requirements:Job Title: Alteryx Developer
Exp: 2.5-5 years
Location: Mumbai
Position Purpose: The project currently requires a senior BI developer who could contribute to automation, development and maintenance of the project. Candidate needs to have experience of working within a dynamic and demanding environment reacting to changing business needs. The candidate should be proficient in the core skillset, should be flexible to work as an individual contributor as well as other tasks within a team. The candidate should take complete ownership of tasks and drive them to completion. Responsibilities Direct Responsibilities • Should be able to translate business requirements into system design. • Should be able to analyze user requirements, functional specifications, and providing development effort estimates for the same. • In-depth understanding of ETL (Extract, transform, load) framework. • Should have hands-on experience on Alteryx and Tableau • Should be good at Communication (written + oral) Skills. • Should have Business/Customer facing skills. • Should have the ability to work independently as well as within a team. • Should take complete ownership of tasks and drive them to completion. • Should be well aware about standard IT processes and methodologies such as SDLC, Agile and SCRUM Contributing Responsibilities • Should be a team player. • Should contribute to organization goals. • Collaborate with finance counterparts for developing insights and solutions. • Analytical mind with a problem-solving aptitude • Should be able to guide and mentor junior team members. • Should be experienced with ETL knowledge with basic SQL. • Should contribute to innovation initiatives. • Should strictly adhere to organization processes. Technical & Behavioral Competencies The candidate should have a minimum of 3 years software development experience in Alteryx. The BI Developer/Analyst will be responsible for the development and delivery of Business Intelligence Solutions primarily using Alteryx to support CIB Finance. The candidate should be able to understand finance data. Good to have hands-on other BI technologies including python, SQL, etc. Primary Skills: Alteryx, Tableau & PowerBI (Nice to have) Secondary Skills:, Python, SQL Developer & Autosys would be beneficial (not mandatory) Miscellaneous: Awareness about tools such as Dataiku & RPA is nice to have. Specific Qualifications: MCA/B-Tech or equivalent Skills Referential (Required knowledge, skills and abilities) Technical Skills: o Alteryx o Tableau o Power BI o SQL o MS EXCEL Behavioral Skills: o Attention to detail / rigor o Ability to deliver / Results driven o Communication skills - oral & written o Organizational skills
