As an Alternative Investment Operations Analyst with Frost, you enjoy processes and details. You will be responsible for maintaining the process for handling reports, data, and records with accuracy and efficiency. You will use your strong interpersonal skills to communicate with other departments and clients. You are eager to accept the challenge to find resolutions to problems. What you’ll do: 

• Maintain processes for handling reports, data, and records in an accurate and efficient manner

• Ensure executed trade settlements by portfolio managers are timely and precise, including purchases and dispositions of securities, capital calls, wiring, etc.

• Reconcile reports and client holdings to reflect correct account/asset set-up information, pricing, and transaction details

• Communicate with internal departments, clients, or external parties to resolve any trade related discrepancies

• Research relevant operational concepts, best practices, and regulations

• Always take action using integrity, caring, and excellence to achieve all-win outcomes

What you’ll need:

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent investment operations experience

• Demonstrated quantitative and analytical skills

• Proficient in Microsoft computer applications

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Additional Preferred Skills:

• Operations Experience

• Understanding of investments, with knowledge of assigned asset classes
