About The Role

Hours of Work: 40 Hours per week, working Monday to Friday
As an Alternative Feeds Administrator, you’ll support the day-to-day operations of the Alternative Feeds Trading team. You’ll help manage customer contracts, process orders, coordinate deliveries, and maintain accurate records. This is a varied role that combines administrative precision with customer service and teamwork.
Key responsibilities include:
• Being the first point of contact for customers, delivering friendly and professional support
• Responding to enquiries with clarity, empathy, and a solution-focused mindset
• Supporting monthly customer contract call-outs and coordinating orders for Buckets and Blocks
• Processing call-offs and managing sales and purchase contracts using internal systems
• Liaising with suppliers and transport providers to ensure smooth delivery operations
• Maintaining accurate customer records and contract details
• Supporting contract administration and contributing to efficient workflows
