⚒ Rejoindre Stanley Black & Decker en tant qu'Alternant(e) Ressources Humaines, c’est :
Accompagner le développement du service Ressources Humaines.
En tant qu’Alternant(e) Ressources Humaines, vous participez activement à la gestion quotidienne des ressources humaines et contribuez à divers projets transversaux.
Vos principales missions seront les suivantes :
- Accompagnement RH au quotidien : support aux managers et collaborateurs, suivi des sujets RH opérationnels et participation à la vie du service.
- Administration du personnel : gestion des dossiers salariés, suivi des absences et congés, préparation des documents contractuels.
- Relations sociales : préparation et participation aux réunions CSE, suivi des échanges avec les représentants du personnel
- Droit social : participation à l’analyse de situations individuelles et collectives, rédaction de notes et accompagnement sur les sujets réglementaires.
- Projets RH : participation à des projets transverses RH, amélioration des processus, développement des outils et accompagnement de la stratégie RH.
- Communication et conduite du changement : participation aux actions de communication interne et aux projets d’accompagnement des équipes.

- Enthousiaste et proactif(ve), vous êtes doté(e) d’un excellent relationnel,
- Rigoureux(se) et organisé(e), vous savez gérer les priorités,
- Proactif(ve) et force de proposition,
- Reconnu(e) pour votre discrétion et votre sens de la confidentialité,
- Anglais (lu, écrit, parlé).

- Enrollment in Master 1 or Master 2 in Human Resources or Labor Law
- Alternance contract for 12 or 24 months starting September 2026
- Prior experience in HR (first experience)
- Fluent English (read, written, spoken)
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Rigorous, organized, able to manage priorities
- Proactive and able to propose improvements
