Alternance/Apprenticeship Global Research & Innovation Apprentice - Paris - September 2025

Your key missions?
- You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to support major innovation initiatives by supporting the project technical development from initial concepts (alongside Global marketing teams) to prototyping phases (with local R&D teams)
- You will evaluate the technically feasibility of key innovation projects from their initial stages.
- You will contribute to the evolution of work methods and templates related to product innovation and assist teams in implementing them.
- You will be responsible for keeping the competitor products database up to date, including information on packaging, ingredients, and sensory characteristics.

- You are pursuing a Master 2 or Engineering school in a food-related science field (Food Science & Agriculture, Food Technology, Chemistry, Biochemistry, Biology).
- You ideally have realized a first internship in new product development or sensory analysis.
- You have strong interpersonal skills, listening abilities, and are eager to learn on the job.
- You have project management, analytic and critical thinking skills.
- You are fluent in English; French is a plus.
