We are seeking a proactive and enthusiastic candidate to support our Online Brand Protection team.
Key Responsibilities:
Online Brand Protection monitoring and enforcement:
- Analyse, investigate and search online violations of clients’ intellectual property rights;
- Assist with account management for French and English-speaking clients, including providing strategic advice and monthly reporting;
- Assist with submitting enforcement letters such as cease-and-desist letters, abuse reports, and other types of online complaints, including social media platforms, e-commerce platforms and other online intermediaries.
OBP Compliance Tasks Assistant:
You will work in the Paris office alongside the Online Brand Protection Compliance Officers. This means that you should be able to assist the OBP Compliance Team with the following tasks, including:
- Pre-filing investigation and drafting of complaints for Domain Name Dispute Resolution Procedures (UDRP and ADR for ccTLD domains), under supervision;
- Internal Legal Q&A hub for OBP Brand Managers and Analysts;
- Preparing and filing escalation actions under supervision;
- Reviewing clients’ requests/strategies for compliance, especially to avoid wrongful reporting;
- Internal workflow review: in order to guarantee that enforcement actions are conform to standard industry practice and to our obligation under the current contracts;
- Periodic audits of enforcement actions on a random basis;
- IP law training for Brand Managers and Analysts on IP law, enforcement processes, industry trends, and new tools for combating counterfeit products;
- Monitoring of legal updates: stay informed about changes in intellectual property law, social media and online marketplace policies, and global trends that affect enforcement efforts;
- If time permits, publish relevant articles in relation to IP and online brand protection.

- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's program in Law, Compliance or a related field.
- Fluent in French and English.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
