We are seeking a proactive and enthusiastic candidate to support our Group Marketing and Communication team. This role is crucial in coordinating events and managing communications for the EMEA region. The successful candidate will gain valuable experience in event logistics, digital marketing, and content localization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Event Coordination: Assist in planning, organizing, and coordinating events and seminars across Europe — including logistics, registration management, and onsite support.
- Content Localization: Adapt and localize marketing materials (emails, web content, brochures, presentations, etc.) to ensure relevance and cultural appropriateness for the French market.
- Website Review and Update: Support the review and maintenance of website content, ensuring it remains accurate, engaging, and up to date.
- Campaign creating and Lead Capture: Assist in the creation and execution of local marketing campaigns (email, social media, paid media) for European countries and projects as needed, and support lead capture and tracking activities to ensure proper follow-up and reporting.
- Administrative Support: Provide day-to-day administrative assistance to the Group Marketing & Communication team.

- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's program in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Fluent in French and English.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Basic knowledge of digital marketing tools and platforms (e.g., CMS, social media, email marketing).
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Previous experience in event coordination or marketing is an advantage.
