What you'll do
On a daily basis, you will have to receive, qualify and process IT requests and incidents coming from Doctolibers working in the 4 countries in which Doctolib is established today (Germany, France, Italy, Netherlands).
Your responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Remote:
- Serve as the single point of contact for users requiring IT support (phone calls, opening tickets on the helpdesk platform).
- Handling of level 1 requests and incidents: application access, technical diagnosis, etc.
- Accompany the user from the ticket opening to its complete resolution.
- Escalation of incidents to local IT Support teams (level 2).
- Detect recurring incidents or requests with a view to continuous improvement.
- Propose automation or processes to improve user satisfaction.
On site:
- Assist the team at the IT Corner in our Paris office.
- Manage meeting rooms: test, update, and replace hardware.
