Role OverviewWe are seeking a Senior Full-Stack/Front-End Engineer with extensive experience in modern web UI/UX development, including expert knowledge in Next.js, Tailwind CSS, and TypeScript. As an early hire, you will play a key role in designing, developing, and optimizing highly responsive web applications and their back-end infrastructure. You should have deep expertise in crafting elegant, high-performance, and accessible front-end systems while collaborating closely with product, design, and GenAI teams.
Responsibilities- Develop and optimize highly responsive and visually appealing web applications using Next.js, TypeScript, and TailwindCSS.
- Architect and implement scalable front-end solutions that ensure high performance and accessibility.
- Tightly collaborate with and lead UI/UX designers to create seamless and intuitive user experiences.
- Integrate and maintain APIs with Python-based back-end services.
- Ensure cross-browser compatibility, mobile responsiveness, and performance tuning of front-end applications.
- Implement modern state management solutions (Redux, Zustand, Recoil, or similar).
- Build and maintain reusable component libraries for efficient development workflows.
- Optimize front-end builds and bundle sizes for fast-loading applications.
- Work closely with product, back-end engineers, and AI teams to bring AI-driven interfaces to life.
- Adopt best practices in coding standards, security, and testing for production-ready applications.
- Fluent written and spoken English language skills.
- 7+ years of professional experience in front-end development with modern UI frameworks.
- Strong demonstrable expertise in Next.js, TailwindCSS, and TypeScript with hands-on experience in production environments.
- Proficiency in TypeScript and modern JavaScript (ES6+).
- Experience with component-driven development and front-end architecture best practices.
- Deep knowledge of HTML5, CSS3, and responsive design principles.
- Experience integrating RESTful and GraphQL APIs.
- Familiarity with front-end performance optimization techniques.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced startup environment.
- Proficiency with version control systems (Git, GitHub, or GitLab).
- Familiarity with design systems and component libraries such as Storybook.
- Knowledge of WebSockets, WebRTC, or real-time data streaming
- Experience in CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices for front-end deployments.
