The Role

Generate the next wave of growth at Falcom by forming strategic alliances with our most important partners and turning collaborative ideas into measurable commercial impact.

As our new Alliances Manager at Falcom (a part of GN), you'll be responsible for developing, managing, and growing strategic partnerships with Industry partners. This role ensures that FalCom’s products are seamlessly integrated and commercially aligned with partner offerings, facilitating joint business growth and long-term mutual value.

A key part of the role is to deliver high-quality service to FalCom’s industry partners – ensuring partners experience FalCom as responsive, reliable, and easy to do business with across commercial, operational, and technical topics.

Your contribution is appreciated, and you will:

  • Partnership Development - Identify and evaluate potential partners that align with FalComs strategic goals. Develop and execute partnership strategies to enhance business opportunities.

  • Relationship Management - Build and maintain solid relationships with partners. Act as the primary point of contact and ensure effective communication and collaboration.

  • Account Management - Support partners with reoccurring orders and opportunities, clearly communicate inventory stock and lead times.

  • Negotiation and Agreement - Lead negotiations to establish partnership agreements, including terms, conditions, and objectives. Ensure agreements are beneficial and sustainable for both parties.

  • Performance Monitoring - Track and analyse the performance of alliances to ensure objectives are met and provide data for forecasting. Market Analysis: Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities for alliances. Use insights to inform partnership strategies and decisions.

  • Cross-Functional Collaboration - Work closely with internal teams, including sales, marketing, and product development, to ensure alignment and support for partnership initiatives.

  • Problem Solving - Address and resolve any issues or conflicts that arise in partnerships. Ensure a smooth and productive relationship.

To perform well in the role, we imagine that you have:

  • A Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, International Business, or similar; or equivalent experience.

  • Demonstrated experience in partner/alliance management, key account management, business development, or similar role.

  • Experience from the high‑tech B2B industry or the B2G industry.

  • Advanced commercial acumen and negotiation skills.

  • Ability to manage complex stakeholder landscapes and long sales/qualification cycles.

  • Effective communication skills in English, both written and spoken.

  • Technical understanding of New emerging Technologies.

  • Experience working with global or multi‑regional partners.
