Position Opening: All-Source Analyst – Joint Base Langley-Eustis, VA
Leidos’ National Security Sector is seeking an experienced All-Source Analyst to join a dynamic team supporting the 16th Air Force and the USAF Air Combat Command (ACC). This role plays a critical part in advancing Intelligence, Surveillance, and Reconnaissance (ISR) operations across the Distributed Ground Control System (DCGS) Enterprise, with direct impact on national security missions.
What You’ll Do
As an All-Source Analyst embedded with the 480th ISR Wing, your mission is to develop robust policy and guidance frameworks that empower All-Source and Open-Source Intelligence (OSINT) operations. You’ll work hand-in-hand with Air Combat Command, Headquarters USAF, and other key stakeholders to ensure the Wing not only meets but exceeds compliance standards.
Your contributions will directly enhance Analytical Tradecraft and Intelligence Quality across enterprise-level teams. Specific duties include:
- Designing and enforcing requirements and policies for All-Source operations across assigned Analytic Lines of Effort (ALOE) and Analysis and Exploitation Teams (AETs).
- Implementing Quality Assurance programs aligned with Intelligence Community Directives (ICDs) and approved tactics, techniques, and procedures (TTPs).
- Ensuring timely dissemination of intelligence products to support mission-critical decision-making.
- Developing and managing training strategies and requirements for All-Source capabilities across the Wing.
- Advising senior leadership on analytical production, identifying challenges, and driving innovative solutions.
- Collaborating with Air Force-wide All-Source and OSINT organizations to drive strategic intelligence development and trend analysis.

Required:
- Bachelor’s degree and 10 years of relevant experience (additional equivalent military/intel experience may be considered in lieu of a degree ).
- Completion of a recognized All-Source Analysis training program (commercial, military, or government).
- Hands-on experience in OSINT operations, policy, and guidance.
- Outstanding communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.
- A current TS/SCI security clearance is a must.
Preferred:
- Familiarity with the Air Force Distributed Common Ground System (AF DCGS).
- Deep understanding of intelligence disciplines like GEOINT, SIGINT, HUMINT, IMINT, and PAI.?
