This position is contingent upon award of contract, business needs and funding availability. We are seeking motivated and detail-oriented Junior All-Source Analysts to support the Air Force Distributed Common Ground System (AF DCGS) mission. This role provides operational-level, multi-discipline ISR analysis in support of real-world intelligence operations, delivering timely and actionable intelligence to warfighters and decision-makers.
The ideal candidate will demonstrate foundational analytical skills, an understanding of intelligence processes, and the ability to integrate multi-source data into coherent intelligence products. Essential Responsibilities:
- Produce single and multi-discipline, correlated and fused ISR intelligence products in response to validated requirements across multiple echelons.
- Utilize databases, web-enabled tools, and analytical applications to generate timely and actionable intelligence products.
- Develop high-quality intelligence products, assessments, and briefings
- Apply structured analytic techniques to develop sound and defensible intelligence assessments
- Support Processing, Exploitation, and Dissemination (PED) activities to ensure timely delivery of intelligence products.
- Assist in development and execution of mission qualification training and certification programs for ISR personnel
- Conduct research, trend analysis, and pattern-of-life assessments related to assigned mission areas
- Assist with ISR collection management activities using standard DoD and IC tools.
- Safeguard classified information and ensure compliance with all security policies and procedures

Minimum Requirements (Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities):
- Candidates must meet all basic-level DOD 8140 Cyber Workforce Framework (DCWF) requirements code 111.
- Demonstrated understanding of Intelligence Community analytic processes and tradecraft
- Ability to independently research, evaluate, and synthesize complex information
- Experience working within classified networks and intelligence systems
- Strong collaboration skills and the ability to operate in a fast-paced operational environment
- Proficiency with standard office and analytic tools (e.g., Microsoft Office, IC analytic platforms)
Additional Requirements
- Willingness to comply with all DoD, Air Force, and Intelligence Community policies and conduct standards
- Ability to complete and maintain required training throughout contract performance
- Contractor responsible for maintaining required qualifications and certifications unless Government-directed
- Ability to obtain and maintain required program, system, and facility access
Security Clearance Required: TS/SCI eligibility.
Minimum Education: Associate’s degree in Intelligence Studies, International Affairs, or related field OR Minimum 5 years of total relevant experience (in lieu of degree)
Minimum Years of Experience: 3 years of experience in all-source intelligence analysis or ISR-related field with recent relevant experience within the last 2 years.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience supporting AF DCGS, AOC, or ISR operations.
- Familiarity with Intelligence Community Directive (ICD) 203 standards.
- Exposure to collection management processes and tools.
- Experience working in shift-based or operational environments.
- Strong analytical and critical thinking skills

The base salary range for this position is $60k to $99k. This range reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
