As a C4I all-source intelligence analyst on our team, you’ll help your client by providing intelligence production and briefing support to address dynamic intelligence requirements. Using your comprehensive understanding of network development and all source analysis you will provide C4I and telecommunications infrastructure intelligence analysis on military’s national C4I organizations, systems, processes, technologies, and telecommunications networks, identify potential vulnerabilities in redundancy, confidentiality, and system integrity, and provide support for identifying, locating, and tracking deployment of foreign mobile signal, electronic warfare, and SIGINT units that support joint or national C4I functions.
Basic Qualifications:
- 3 years of experience in C4I or telecommunications networks analysis and a Bachelor’s degree or 7 years of experience in C4I or telecommunications networks analysis
- Knowledge of SIGINT tools and databases
- Ability to develop high-quality deliverables tailored to senior policymakers or defense stakeholders, including complex written products and briefings
- TS/SCI clearance w/ CI Polygraph
Additional Qualifications/Nice To Have:
- Experience providing Network Development or SIGINT Target Packages
- Knowledge of the IC and Combatant Command environment
- Knowledge of cybersecurity or cyber-focused intelligence analysis
- CompTIA Security+ Certification or equivalent
Skills Required
- 3 or more years of experience in technical targeting, network link analysis, and functional requirements
- Ability to develop complex written intelligence products and deliver formal or informal briefings to senior policymakers or defense stakeholders
- TS/SCI clearance with a polygraph
- High school diploma or GED plus 7 or more years of intelligence or cybersecurity experience, or a bachelor's degree plus 3 or more years of intelligence or cybersecurity experience
- Experience in computer engineering or network development
- Knowledge of cyberspace strategy, policy, and concepts
- Knowledge of the Intelligence Community and Combatant Command environment
