Tom Wood Subaru is seeking a skilled and motivated Alignment Technician to join our high-performing service team.

What You'll Do
  • Perform four-wheel alignments using state-of-the-art alignment equipment

  • Inspect steering and suspension components for wear or damage

  • Diagnose alignment, tire wear, and suspension concerns

  • Recommend necessary repairs to restore proper vehicle handling and safety

  • Replace and adjust steering and suspension components as needed

  • Perform tire mounting, balancing, and rotations when required

  • Maintain accurate repair documentation

  • Keep work areas clean, organized, and safe

  • Work closely with service advisors and fellow technicians to deliver exceptional customer service

What We're Looking For
  • Previous experience performing wheel alignments in a dealership or automotive repair environment

  • Knowledge of steering, suspension, and tire systems

  • Ability to diagnose alignment and suspension-related concerns accurately

  • Experience using computerized alignment equipment

  • ASE certifications are a plus but not required

  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship

  • Team-oriented with a positive attitude and strong work ethic

  • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
