Perform four-wheel alignments using state-of-the-art alignment equipment
Inspect steering and suspension components for wear or damage
Diagnose alignment, tire wear, and suspension concerns
Recommend necessary repairs to restore proper vehicle handling and safety
Replace and adjust steering and suspension components as needed
Perform tire mounting, balancing, and rotations when required
Maintain accurate repair documentation
Keep work areas clean, organized, and safe
Work closely with service advisors and fellow technicians to deliver exceptional customer service
Previous experience performing wheel alignments in a dealership or automotive repair environment
Knowledge of steering, suspension, and tire systems
Ability to diagnose alignment and suspension-related concerns accurately
Experience using computerized alignment equipment
ASE certifications are a plus but not required
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship
Team-oriented with a positive attitude and strong work ethic
Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
