Job Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the development, setup, and maintenance of AA coupling processes.
  • Support process evaluation, validation, and daily engineering analysis.
  • Monitor production yield and process performance, and assist in process improvement activities.
  • Support sample preparation, data collection, and performance verification for new products.
  • Assist in troubleshooting production issues and following up corrective actions.
  • Prepare engineering reports, SOPs, and related process documentation.
  • Cooperate with production, quality, and equipment teams to ensure smooth manufacturing operations.

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree or above in Microelectronics, Semiconductor Physics, Electronic Engineering, Optoelectronics, or related fields.
  • 0~2 years of experience in optical communication, semiconductor, or manufacturing engineering is preferred.
  • Basic understanding of SPC, CPK, and common quality tools.
  • Basic knowledge of optical devices, optical modules, fiber optics, or grating coupling is preferred.
  • Strong willingness to learn, good teamwork spirit, and sense of responsibility.
  • Good communication skills and execution capability.
  • Basic English reading and writing skills.
