Job Responsibilities:
- Assist in the development, setup, and maintenance of AA coupling processes.
- Support process evaluation, validation, and daily engineering analysis.
- Monitor production yield and process performance, and assist in process improvement activities.
- Support sample preparation, data collection, and performance verification for new products.
- Assist in troubleshooting production issues and following up corrective actions.
- Prepare engineering reports, SOPs, and related process documentation.
- Cooperate with production, quality, and equipment teams to ensure smooth manufacturing operations.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree or above in Microelectronics, Semiconductor Physics, Electronic Engineering, Optoelectronics, or related fields.
- 0~2 years of experience in optical communication, semiconductor, or manufacturing engineering is preferred.
- Basic understanding of SPC, CPK, and common quality tools.
- Basic knowledge of optical devices, optical modules, fiber optics, or grating coupling is preferred.
- Strong willingness to learn, good teamwork spirit, and sense of responsibility.
- Good communication skills and execution capability.
- Basic English reading and writing skills.
