Job Title: Backend Engineer (GoLang + Python)

We are hiring a Backend Engineer with strong experience in GoLang and Python to join our engineering team. The ideal candidate should have hands-on expertise in building scalable backend systems, APIs, and microservices architecture. The role requires the ability to work independently in a remote environment and collaborate with cross-functional teams.

• Design, develop, and maintain backend services using GoLang and Python

• Build and optimize RESTful or gRPC APIs for high-performance applications

• Implement scalable, secure, and fault-tolerant microservices

• Write clean, maintainable, and well-tested code

• Work closely with frontend, DevOps, and product teams to deliver end-to-end solutions

• Participate in code reviews and contribute to engineering best practices

• Debug production issues and improve application performance

• Integrate with databases, third-party services, and cloud platforms

✔ Strong hands-on experience in GoLang and Python
✔ Experience building REST APIs / gRPC services
✔ Good understanding of microservices architecture and distributed systems
✔ Knowledge of PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB, Redis, or NoSQL databases
✔ Familiarity with Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD pipelines
✔ Experience working with cloud platforms (AWS / GCP / Azure)
✔ Proficiency in Git and collaborative development workflows
✔ Strong knowledge of data structures, algorithms, and problem solving

• Experience with message queues (Kafka, RabbitMQ, SQS, etc.)
