Job Requirements
1. Excellent knowledge of Core Java and/ or Spring
2. Ability to analyze the project requirement, functional specifications, and workwith
development teams in building appropriate solutions
3. Great software design and development skills. With deep knowledge of design, coding,
and implementation
4. Recent valid experience in Java based Architecture, Design, and Implementation of
highly scalable, highly available, distributed Cloud (SaaS) services and solutions. Should
be able to build complex distributed architecture from ground up quickly
5. Experienced in working with RDBMS and NoSQL databases such as: MySQL, MsSQL,
Oracle, MongoDB, Casandra, Neo4Js, Redis, etc.
6. Experience with data modeling & schema definition
7. Should be very strong with logic & algorithms
8. Good Experience with version control/ Git is required. Experience with proper branching
strategy is important
9. You will be expected to work with dev ops engineers and ensure that the product
deployments are running with minimum downtime and mechanisms are in place to
ensure that that the deployment is fail proof, with no data loss or availability issues.
10. Constantly Mentor development teams in best practices and efficient ways of working
11. Experience of Frontend frameworks like Angular, React, etc. will be highly preferred
12. Experience working in an Agile/Scrum-like environment will be expected
13. Knowledge of web application security considerations
14. Should have conceptual understanding of User Interface Design and the DesignProcess
15. Should have Excellent time-management, multi-tasking, and communicationskills.
