Role Overview
The AI/ML & GenAI Developer will design and implement intelligent automation solutions
including anomaly detection systems, NLP-powered chatbots, and AIOps-driven observability
integrations.
Key Responsibilities
• Develop ML models for anomaly detection and event correlation
• Build NLP-based chatbot solutions (intent recognition, dialogue management)
• Integrate with AWS AI services (Bedrock, SageMaker, Lex)
• Develop REST APIs for chatbot integrations
• Integrate with ticketing systems (ServiceNow, Jira)
