Hands-on experience managing multi-org release strategies (managed / unmanaged packages) and sandbox management
Knowledge of Salesforce Metadata API, change sets, and source-driven development
Strong grasp of Salesforce architecture, security, and governance best practices
Ability to troubleshoot deployment issues, optimize release processes, and ensure compliance with change management policies
