If your superpower is execution and getting things done, keep reading.
We're looking for someone who can turn ambitious algorithm roadmaps into reality—helping an entire engineering department deliver better products, faster. As an Algorithm EM (Execution Manager) for Mobileye's Geometry department, you'll work alongside your fellow Geometry EM, the department's leadership, engineers, and technical leads to drive execution across multiple algorithm teams supporting both Mobileye's autonomous driving technology and leading global automotive partners.
This isn't a traditional project management role. You're not here to track tasks—you're here to make things happen. You'll take ownership of execution of critical tasks/activities, remove obstacles, challenge assumptions, and help teams make the right decisions at the right time. You'll dive into technical discussions, connect the dots across teams, and do whatever it takes to keep the department moving toward its goals.
Success in this role means delivering outstanding products with high quality and on time, while continuously improving how the department executes. Just as importantly, you'll become a go-to execution partner for the Geometry organization—someone engineers, managers, and technical leaders rely on to solve problems, drive progress, and help them achieve their goals.
What will your job look like:
- Execution in the Geometry department. Turn ambitious plans into high-quality products that actually ship.
- Make things happen. Remove roadblocks, unblock teams, and keep everyone moving toward the finish line.
- Turn strategy into reality. Partner with Geometry leadership to transform priorities into action—and ideas into products used by real customers.
- See problems before they happen. Identify risks early, make the hard calls, and keep deliveries on track.
- Be the force that connects the dots. Align algorithm, product, data, and engineering teams—without adding friction or slowing anyone down.
- Get into the details. Join technical discussions, challenge assumptions, and help teams find solutions that actually work.
- Build the engine behind execution. Create scalable mechanisms that make the department faster, sharper, and better over time.
- Create visibility, not surprises. Keep leadership and teams aligned on progress, priorities, risks, and decisions.
- Be the person everyone calls when things need to move. The one who takes ownership, breaks through obstacles, and gets things done.
All you need is:
- Technical mindset with a B.Sc. in a scientific or engineering field.
- 3+ years of driving complex technical products or projects from concept to delivery.
- A data-driven decision maker who turns ambiguity into action.
- A proven executor — someone who takes ownership, solves hard problems, and gets things done.
- Ability to build roadmaps, scale processes, and make organizations run better.
- Independent, proactive, and hands-on. You don't wait for problems to solve themselves.
