DOEL VAN DE FUNCTIE
Verantwoordelijk voor de volledige algemene boekhouding van de entiteit, het waarborgen van de betrouwbaarheid van de financiële gegevens en bijdragen aan de periodieke afsluitingen in een Belgische en internationale omgeving.
BELANGRIJKSTE TAKEN
Algemene boekhouding
- Beheer van de boekhouding van A tot Z
- Inboeken van facturen (aankoop, verkoop, banken)
- Afpunten van klanten- en leveranciersrekeningen
- Opvolging van provisies, afschrijvingen en overlopende posten
- Uitvoeren van bankreconciliaties
Afsluitingen en rapportering
- Deelname aan maand-, kwartaal- en jaarafsluitingen
- Opstellen van de jaarrekening
- Ondersteuning bij financiële rapportering
- Analyse van rekeningen en verklaren van afwijkingen
Fiscaliteit en compliance
- Voorbereiding van btw-aangiften
- Opvolging van Belgische fiscale verplichtingen
- Ondersteuning bij interne en externe audits
Coördinatie
- Samenwerking met interne teams (finance, controlling)
- Contact met externe partners (boekhoudkantoor, auditors)
Opleiding en ervaring
- Bachelor of Master in boekhouding, finance of gelijkwaardig
- 2 tot 5 jaar ervaring in algemene boekhouding
- Goede kennis van Belgische boekhoudnormen (BE GAAP)
Technische vaardigheden
- Ervaring met een ERP-systeem (SAP, BOB, Exact, enz.)
- Goede kennis van Excel
- Nauwkeurig, georganiseerd en zelfstandig
