Alcatel Implementation Engineer (L3) – bundesweit (m/w/d)

Standort: Deutschland (Remote/Hybrid), bundesweite Reisetätigkeit erforderlich

NTT Germany unterstützt Kund:innen bei der Einführung moderner Collaboration- und Sprachlösungen – on-premises, hybrid und cloudbasiert. Als Teil unseres TS-Teams übernehmen Sie die technische Umsetzung anspruchsvoller ALE-Kommunikationslösungen (Alcatel-Lucent Enterprise) bei mittelständischen und großen Kund:innen.

·       Planung, Installation und Konfiguration von OmniPCX Enterprise (OXE) inkl. Hochverfügbarkeit und Virtualisierung; Management über OmniVista 8770.

·       Planung, Installation und Konfiguration von Rainbow  inkl. Hochverfügbarkeit und Virtualisierung; Management über OmniVista 8770.

·       Umsetzung von Contact-Center-Szenarien (OmniPCX/CCD), inkl. Skill-Routing, Reporting und Agent-Desktop; Integrationen (z. B. Genesys/RSI).

·       Hybrid-/Cloud-Integrationen mit Rainbow™ (WebRTC-Gateway, OXE↔Rainbow Kopplung, Security/Compliance).

·       SIP-Trunking & SBC-Interop (z. B. Audiocodes): Nummernpläne, LCR, Notruf-Routing, Test & Abnahme.

·       Troubleshooting, Root-Cause-Analysen, Change-/Release-Management, Dokumentation und Know-how-Transfer gemäß SLA.

·       Mehrjährige Projekterfahrung (≥ 3 Jahre) mit ALE-Kommunikationslösungen, insbesondere OXE und OmniVista 8770; sicher im OXE-Betrieb (SIP/IP/DECT).

·       Relevante ALE-Zertifizierungen (ACSE), idealerweise für OmniPCX Enterprise, OmniVista 8770, Open/OmniTouch und CCD; Bereitschaft zur laufenden Rezertifizierung.

·       Fundierte Kenntnisse in VoIP/SIP, SBC-Integration, Netzwerktechnik (QoS, VLAN, Firewall), Linux/Windows-Grundlagen.

·       Reisebereitschaft innerhalb Deutschlands (Dienstreisen nach Richtlinie);

·   sehr gute Deutsch- und gute Englischkenntnisse.

·       Erfahrung mit Alcatel Native Encryption

·       Erfahrung mit Alcatel VNA, VAA und weiteren Alcatel UC Produkten

·       Erfahrung mit Rainbow™ Hybrid-Setups, Security/Compliance (ISO 27001, CSPN), sowie Microsoft-Interop (z. B. Teams Direct Routing).

·       Erfahrung mit Rainbow™ Edge Lösungen

·       Spannende Beratungsprojekte mit hoher technischer Tiefe und Gestaltungsspielraum.

·       Etablierte HR-Prozesse & Templates sowie Zugang zu ALE-Trainings.
