Aladdin Consultant / Management Consultant

Drive transformation across front-to-back investment platforms using Aladdin
The Role
We are expanding our Wealth and Asset Management capability and are seeking experienced Aladdin professionals to support growing client demand across front-to-back platform transformation. You will play a key role in delivering complex change programmes, working across business and technology teams to unlock the full potential of the Aladdin platform.
What You’ll Do
- Support the delivery of Aladdin implementation, upgrade, and integration programmes
- Configure and optimise Aladdin workflows across OMS, compliance, risk, and reporting
- Collaborate with front office, risk, and operations teams to define business and technical requirements
- Support data integration and migration activities into Aladdin
- Act as a bridge between business and technology stakeholders to ensure successful delivery
What We’re Looking For
- Proven experience working with the BlackRock Aladdin platform
- Experience in at least one of: implementation/configuration, integration/data migration, or front office/risk usage with project exposure
- Strong understanding of investment management processes
- Experience across asset classes such as equities, fixed income, and derivatives
- Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
Bonus Points For
- Experience with Aladdin Data Cloud (ADC)
- Knowledge of OMS, IBOR/ABOR, and compliance frameworks
- Technical skills such as Python, SQL, or APIs
- Experience in consulting or client-facing delivery environments
- Exposure to target operating model design within investment organisations
