We are seeking a talented AI Algorithm Engineer to design, develop, and deploy advanced AI algorithms that power real-world products. In this role, you will work hands-on with state-of-the-art deep learning models, continuously improve algorithm performance, and translate cutting-edge research into practical applications through close collaboration with cross-functional teams.
Job Responsibilities
- Develop and optimize AI / machine learning algorithms
- Train, evaluate, and enhance deep learning models for performance and reliability
- Research and apply state-of-the-art AI technologies to real-world products and system
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree welcomed; Master’s degree or higher preferred in Computer Science, Mathematics, Engineering, or a related field
- Familiar with state-of-the-art deep learning algorithms, particularly in Computer Vision (CV) and/or Natural Language Processing (NLP)
- Experience with advanced model architectures such as Transformers, Vision Transformers (ViTs), and Vision-Language Models (VLMs)
- Strong problem-solving skills, ability to think independently, and a strong team collaboration mindset
- Work on globally scaled, high-impact backend systems.
