We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Procurement Assistant to join our team in Porto Alegre. In this role, you will support the commercial team with various administrative and operational tasks related to international trade and logistics. This position offers a valuable opportunity to contribute to the dynamics of a global business environment and develop key skills in the commercial area.
Scope of Responsibility include but are not limited to:
- Assist with purchase orders and follow-up on commercial-related activities.
- Communicate with Operations to track and update order status.
- Develop and run frequent business reports to support and improve business decisions.
- Support the procurement team with operational tasks, including reporting and documentation.
Job Requirements
- Degree in Business Administration or related fields.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Power BI, Word, PowerPoint).
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
