Let’s Talk about the Role

The AIS Product Sales Specialist will serve as the technical-commercial bridge between our customers, sales representatives, and manufacturing teams, with a primary focus on the Italian market and expanding European territories.

You will play a pivotal role in our transition toward a greener energy future by driving the adoption of our Air Insulated Switchgear (AIS) portfolio. In this role, you will take ownership of the sales strategy, nurture key client relationships, and ensure our innovative, SF6-free solutions are effectively positioned to meet the evolving needs of the power transmission sector.

How You Will Make a Difference

• Driving strategic growth and sales strategies for the AIS portfolio to meet regional growth targets.
• Building a strong market footprint by identifying new opportunities and acting as the technical representative for product prescription and qualification.
• Creating competitive, high-quality proposals and leading complex deal structuring.
• Leading contract negotiations and managing the execution of complex commercial agreements.
• Collaborating with internal manufacturing and technical teams to provide tailored solutions and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.

Skills for Success

You should be a motivated technical sales professional with a passion for high-voltage energy solutions, possessing:

• The ability to manage complex, long-term sales cycles and negotiate commercial terms effectively.
• The capability to translate complex technical concepts into clear value propositions for diverse stakeholders.
• An expertise in high-voltage electrical systems and AIS product applications.
• A keen interest in advancing sustainable energy and SF6-free technology.
• Fluency in both Italian and English; proficiency in additional European languages is a plus.

A formal education in Engineering, Commercial Management, or a related technical field is nice to have, but we are most interested in your total experience and professional achievements in technical sales.

This is a permanent position based in Noventa di Piave, Italy. We have a hybrid working model which gives you flexibility to work from our office and from home.

Fascia retributive: Tra € 44,800.00 e € 67,200.00 lordi annui. La retribuzione specifica offerta terrà conto dell'istruzione, delle qualifiche, dell'esperienza e delle competenze del candidato.

The pay range for this position: Between € 44,800.00 and € 67,200.00 gross per annum. The specific pay offered will consider the candidate’s education, qualifications, experience and skill set.

Eleggibilità per il Piano Bonus: Eligibilità al piano di incentivi alle vendite SIC – Sales Incentive Compensation, che prevede un incentivo target del 15% della retribuzione base annua, a seconda del raggiungimento dei parametri di business e delle performance individuali.

Eligibility for Bonus Plan: Eligible to participate in Sales Incentive Compensation Plan that provides a target incentive of 15% of the individual’s annual base salary depending on achievement of key business metrics and individual performance.

A National Collective Bargaining Agreement (‘NCBA’ - Metalworking) is applicable in relation to the position. Below, we indicate the relevant provisions of the remuneration regulations applicable at the Employer. The available benefits based on the currently effective CBA and company policies include the following:

Stipendio Base: La retribuzione seguirà le tabelle salariali previste dal CCNL di categoria Metalmeccanico Industria

Base salary: The remuneration is established according to the Metalworking CBA salary scale, which defines job groups and minimum salary levels.

Pensione Integrativa (Cometa): Tutti i livelli sono eligibili, ad eccezione dei dirigenti.
Contributo del datore di lavoro: 2% (2,2% se under 35). Contributo del dipendente: 1,2%. Base di calcolo: retribuzione mensile lorda.

Pension Fund (Cometa): All levels are eligible, except executives (dirigenti).
Employer Contribution: 2% (2.2% if under 35). Employee Contribution: 1.2%. Base: monthly gross salary.

Assistenza Sanitaria (Metasalute): Assistenza sanitaria prevista da CCNL. Il dipendente ha la possibilità di rinunciare alla copertura di base optando per l’assistenza sanitaria integrativa offerta da Generali.

Straordinario:

Straordinario diurno sabato, domenica e festivi: 50% per le prime otto ore, 55% oltre le 8 ore

Straordinario notturno dal lunedì al venerdì:

• 50% per impiegati e operai non turnisti per lavoro straordinario dalle 20:00 alle 8:00
• 50% per operai turnisti per lavoro straordinario dalle 18:00 alle 6:00

Straordinario notturno sabato, domenica e festivi:

• Prime otto ore: 60% per impiegati, 55% per operai non turnisti, 60% per operai turnisti
• Oltre due ore: 75% per impiegati, 65% per operai non turnisti, 75% per operai turnisti

In caso di riposo compensativo, si applicano le maggiorazioni previste dal CCNL

OT Premium:

Daytime overtime Monday to Friday:

• First two hours: 25% for office staff, 30% for non-shift production workers, 40% for shift production workers
• Beyond two hours: 30% for office staff, 50% for non-shift production workers, 45% for shift production workers

Daytime overtime Saturday, Sunday and public holidays: First eight hours: 50%, Beyond eight hours: 55%

Night overtime Monday to Friday

• 50% for office staff and non-shift production workers for overtime worked between 8:00 PM and 8:00 AM
• 50% for shift production workers for overtime worked between 6:00 PM and 6:00 AM

Night overtime Saturday, Sunday and public holidays:

• First eight hours: 60% for office staff, 55% for non-shift production workers, 60% for shift production workers
• Beyond eight hours: 75% for office staff, 65% for non-shift production workers, 75% for shift production workers

In case of compensatory time off, the premiums provided for under the applicable national collective bargaining agreement (CCNL) apply.
