The Role
Rebis is looking for a Part Time or Per Diem orthodontist to work along side our sleep and airway dentistry team to assist with onsite orthodontic care, including treatment planning and orthodontic implementation with bracket and wires and clear aligners solutions.
Onsite time investment is anticipated to be be one day per week rotating between each of our locations weekly.

What You’ll Actually Do
You won’t just “run ortho cases.”
You will:
• Diagnose craniofacial contributors to airway dysfunction
• Build airway-focused treatment plans (not cosmetic-first plans)
• Lead patients into palatal expansion, MARPE, and structural interventions
• Collaborate daily with sleep medicine, airway dentistry, and care teams
• Help patients understand why treatment matters—and move forward
You are responsible for helping patients go from:
CONFUSION → CLARITY → TREATMENT → HEALING

Qualifications
Required
• DDS/DMD with completion of Orthodontic Residency
• Eligible for or Colorado licensure
• Extensive Clear Aligner experience
Preferred
• Experience in airway-focused orthodontics
• Exposure to MARPE or skeletal expansion techniques
• Interest in multidisciplinary or functional care models
Skills Required
- DDS or DMD degree
- Completion of an orthodontic residency
- Eligible for or licensed in Colorado
- Extensive clear aligner experience
- Experience in airway-focused orthodontics
- Exposure to MARPE or skeletal expansion techniques
