Essential Responsibilities
- AI Development: Design and deploy machine learning models for aviation and airside services.
- Large Language Models: Lead development and fine-tuning to enhance AI capabilities.
- Deep Learning & Computer Vision: Optimize algorithms to solve aviation technology challenges.
- Coding: Write efficient code in Python and other relevant languages.
- Project Management: Oversee multiple AI projects, ensuring timely delivery.
- Innovation: Explore new technologies to improve AI solutions. Use innovation management techniques to produce market insights and robust problem definition
- Customer Advocacy: Ensure AI solutions meet customer needs. Drive customer-centric innovation and market research to guide product enhancements.
- Solution Development: Develop solutions from concept to implementation.
- Prototype Creation: Lead prototype development and iteration with technical expertise.
- Technical Expertise: Apply domain knowledge to innovation challenges. Apply aviation/airline industry insights and data analysis to position products and inform strategy
- Idea Realization: Bring innovative ideas to life. Mature product or services lifecycle from ideation to launch.
- Collaboration: Communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders. Build relationships with stakeholders to align products with market needs and business goals.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelors degree from an accredited college or university and 1+ years of experience in aviation product management, maintenance services, operations or engineering.
- Experience in executing innovative product development with a focus on agile and customer-centric methods.
- Additional qualifications and/or Bachelor's or master’s degree in computer science, Engineering, or a related field.
- Experience: Minimum of 2+ years of experience in machine learning, AI, or a related field.
