Details of the position:

• Contract type : Unlimited (CDI)
 • Job grading (new Convention collective de la Métallurgie if based in France) : 13
 • Location : Blagnac, France
 • Onsite/Remote/Hybrid : Hybrid (up to 2 days of telework per week )

• Travel : This role will involve some regular business travels to Lisbon and as such,
 you must be able to travel accordingly

Your mission:

  • You are in charge of supervising all digital learning projects when developed externally by sub-contractors

    • Consolidate the overall status of digital training development from our sub-contractors

    • Follow-up on actions identified related to potential process non-adher-ence during our digital training development

    • Handle regular reviews with clients to provide visibility on Airbus Beyond digital development performance

    • Draft request for quotation's for Airbus Beyond collaboration with digital supplier

    • Support potential selection of new suppliers

    • Play the role of project manager for some key projects:

      • Planning and Defining Scope: Establishing the project's objectives, deliverables, and requirements

      • Risk Management: Identifying potential risks, developing mitigation strategies, and monitoring risks throughout the project lifecycle

      • Communication: Facilitating effective communication among stakeholders, team members, and clients to ensure everyone is aligned and informed

      • Manage different stakeholders both internally and externally to ensure alignment towards goal and manage overall expectations

      • Monitoring and Controlling: Tracking project progress, managing changes, and ensuring the project meets its goals within the set timeline

  • You are in charge of Digital creation processes and ensuring they are applied internally (Studio) and externally (suppliers)

    • Identify Digital Learning trends on the market and associated use-cases for our activities

    • Connect with Airbus Beyond IT to ensure tests before implementation within the Studio and Airbus Beyond digital learning suppliers

    • Ensure digital processes are up-to-date and shared with the Studio and suppliers

    • Follow the adherence of this process for the Studio and suppliers ensuring regular checks and reports

    • Ensure processes are well understood by Studio and Supplier with appropriate tools, methods and templates

Your boarding pass:

- Master’s Degree or equivalent experience

- Experience of E-learning process creation

- Digital trends knowledge

- Stakeholder Management

- Project management skills

- Rigorous and organized, with strong ability to anticipate and plan

- Ability to work in good collaboration with others whatever the level

- English and French: fluent 

A plus would be:

- Knowledge of Branding

- Negotiation skills

- Agility with IT tools

- Knowledge of the aeronautical industry

- Strategic vision and ability to influence, creative force and enabler of customer development

- Portuguese intermediate to fluent

- Other languages
