- Air Compliance: Manage air compliance activities, including appropriate calculations & permitting for state/federal reporting.
- Compliance Evaluation: Conduct regular internal audits to assess compliance program progress and identify gaps.
- Training Development: Design and maintain training programs to support air regulatory understanding and performance.
- Technical Writing: Develop clear policies and procedures to support best practices in air compliance.
- Communication: Effectively communicate with field personnel and leadership to complete full compliance across various aspects of air regulation.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in air regulatory compliance
- Strong knowledge of NSPS, NESHAP, and Subpart W regulatory standards
- Excellent communication skills in both one-on-one and group settings
- Experience developing computer-based training programs
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, advance Excel capabilities
- B.S. in Environmental Science, Environmental Engineering, or similar discipline
- Knowledge of engineering simulation software to model and estimate emissions such as Promax, E&P Tanks, and Tanks 4.0, Aspen HYSYS, GLYCALC
- Knowledge of state NSR, PSD, and Title V permitting programs, and air emissions inventory management
- Experience compiling and submitting EPA Greenhouse Gas (GHG) reports
- Experience with ACTS or another environmental database
- Awareness of air dispersion modeling software such as AERMOD
- Exposure to Power BI and SQL Server tools
