AIR CARGO OPERATIONS

Tasks:

Planning, organization and execution of Air Cargo Transports worldwide;
Handling of air freight consignments incl. invoicing, calculation and quotation;
Handling customers inquiries;
Complaints and claims processing;
Cooperation and negotiating with our partners at national and international level;
Communication with airlines, suppliers, customers, colleagues and business partners worldwide;
Managing work flow, monitor shipment profitability;
Advising and reporting Air Product Manager;
Opening files within our tracking system;
Support and cooperation with sales team as needed.

Requirements and skills:

Higher commercial education or special education in freight forwarding;
Knowledge of MS Office;
Fluent English language knowledge;
Accurate, self-imitative and self-confident personality;
Business orientation and customer focus;
Excellent written and verbal communication skills;
Positive and motivating attitude.

Additional and special advantages:

• Previous experience min 2 (two) years at similar position;
• Freight forwarding or even Air Cargo Operations  knowledge in particular.
