Are you excited about building smart solutions with Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning? We’re looking for a motivated AI/ML Developer with 0–3 years of experience to join our team and help us create impactful, AI-powered products. This is a great opportunity for someone early in their career who wants to grow their skills while working on real-world problems.
What You’ll Do:
- Build and test machine learning models for chatbots, search, classification, and automation use cases.
- Work with Generative AI platforms like OpenAI, Gemini, or Azure OpenAI to build new features.
- Assist in prompt design, model fine-tuning, and vector search integration.
- Write Python code using frameworks like TensorFlow, PyTorch, or scikit-learn.
- Work with cloud tools, especially Google Cloud (Vertex AI, BigQuery, Looker Studio).
- Help deploy and monitor models in production environments.
- Collaborate with teams across product, design, and engineering in an Agile environment.
- Participate in code reviews, documentation, and testing.
What We’re Looking For:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, or a related field.
- 0–3 years of hands-on experience with AI/ML development (projects, internships, or work experience).
- Good programming skills in Python and familiarity with ML libraries like TensorFlow, PyTorch, or scikit-learn.
- Basic understanding of machine learning concepts (classification, regression, transformers, embeddings).
- Exposure to Generative AI tools (OpenAI, Gemini, Azure) is a plus.
- Experience with SQL, BigQuery, or data visualization tools is a bonus.
- Willingness to learn and grow in a collaborative, fast-paced team environment.
