Job Description
Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly experienced AI/GenAI expert to drive the innovation and implementation of AI/ML and Generative AI solutions within our Quality Management and Method function. The ideal candidate is a software industry professional with a proven track record of delivering impactful AI-driven solutions, particularly in the realm of enhancing software engineering excellence. This role requires a deep understanding of AI/ML algorithms, GenAI models, and their practical applications.
Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Leadership:

Develop and execute the AI/GenAI strategy for SQA, aligning with the company's overall technology roadmap.
· Provide thought leadership and guidance on the latest AI/GenAI trends and their potential applications in Software Quality Assurance and engineering practices.
Solution Development & Implementation:
-
Design and orchestrate AI/ML and GenAI solutions to automate and enhance various use cases of quality management practices.

Lead the development of custom AI models and the integration of pre-trained GenAI models to address specific Quality assurance challenges.

Create solutions for defect analysis and prediction models using LLMs.
Data Management & Analysis:

Define and implement data strategies for collecting, storing, and processing large datasets.

Utilize advanced data analysis techniques to extract actionable insights from data.

Ensure data quality and integrity for AI/ML model training and evaluation.
Collaboration & Communication:
-
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including software development, product management etc to identify and address Quality Assurance challenges using AI/GenAI.

Communicate complex technical concepts and solutions effectively to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Present findings and recommendations to senior management.
Research & Innovation:

Stay abreast of the latest advancements in AI/ML and GenAI and evaluate their potential applications in SQA.

Conduct research and experimentation to explore new and innovative AI/GenAI solutions.

Evaluate and implement new AI tools into the software development life cycle.
Qualifications
Qualifications:
-
Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field.

15-18 years of software industry experience, with a significant focus on AI/ML and GenAI.
-
Proven track record of delivering successful AI/GenAI projects. Experience of having delivered particularly in the domain of software quality management and assurance is an added advantage.

Good understanding of MLOps practices and tools

Deep understanding of AI/ML algorithms, including supervised learning, unsupervised learning, deep learning, and reinforcement learning.

Extensive experience with Generative AI models (LLMs, diffusion models, etc.) and their practical applications.

Strong programming skills in Python and experience with AI/ML frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit-learn, and Hugging Face.

Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and their AI/ML services.
-
Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.

Experience with prompt engineering.

Experience with fine tuning LLMs.
Preferred Qualifications:
-
Publications or patents in the field of AI/ML and GenAI.
-
Experience with process reference models like ASPICE, SEI-CMM and ISO:9001:2000
