(AIG Sonpo) 海上保険アンダーライター（大阪勤務）

職務目的（Job Purpose）

• 海上保険商品の見積依頼に対して、リスク内容を分析し、引受可否判断を行う。

• 契約の引受をするにあたり必要な情報を収集、もしくは、関係者を巻き込んで実行する。情報を基に保険料や補償条件を決定する。

• 海上保険部の数字目標を達成する為に様々な施策を立案・実行する。

• 社内営業部門に対して、海上保険商品の販売推進を促す為に、研修、駐在など積極的に実施していく。

• 部門のビジョンと戦略を理解しチームメンバーと協力し目標を達成する。

• 事務オペレーションや規定などを熟知し、高品質で適切な業務を実行する。

• 海上保険部の商品を理解し、案件の引受判断を行い、推進を図る。

• AIG組織内外問わず、相手を尊重し、円滑なコミュニケーションを図る。

• 改善が必要な事案に対して、問題定義し、解決する。

• 海上保険部の東京メンバーと連携し、業務を遂行する

必要とされるスキル・経験（Required Skills and Experiences）

• 【最終学歴】学士号または同等の学位

• 【スキル】基本的なPCスキル（Windows、Microsoft Office、など）

• 【性格/気質】相手を尊重し、責任感のある行動をとれる性格

• 【業務経験】営業もしくは事務業務の経験（経験年数問わない）     

　　　　　　　　　　物流、貿易、商社関連の経験があれば尚可
