職務目的（Job Purpose）

• 主に法人向け保険部門におけるDX戦略の中核として、データとテクノロジーの活用を用いてビジネスの成長を加速させる事につなげることが、このポジションのミッションです。データやテクノロジー（GIS、機械学習、生成AIなど）を用いて業務プロセスの効率化や、付加価値の創出で既存事業の強化と新規ビジネスに対しての支援を行います。データドリブンなアプローチで、ビジネスの未来を切り拓くプロフェッショナルを募集します。

職責（Job Responsibilities）

• 社内外の多様なデータソース（Webデータ、社内データ等）を用いてデータ分析を行い、主に法人マーケットにおける保険業務の包括的な支援を行います。

• 主に法人向け保険部門の各部署が直面する本質的な課題を深く理解し、プログラミングによるツール開発を用いた解決の提案を行い、業務効率の改善と事業基盤の強化を推進します。

• データ分析から得られたインサイトを関連部門に共有し、必要に応じて改善アクションの立案、実行のサポートを行います。

• 現状のビジネス課題を特定、理解し、生成AI等を活用した業務効率化の提案・導入を行います。

必要とされるスキル・経験（Required Skills and Experiences）

　最終学歴

• 学士号または同等の学位

　必要スキル・経験

• 理学、テクノロジー、工学、数学、計量経済など職務に関連する分野の学士号、あるいはそれに相当する実務経験

• Microsoft Excelに精通しており関数、ピボットテーブル、VBA等の取り扱い経験

• Python、R、SASなどを用いたデータ分析やETLの経験

• 多様な専門性を持つチームメンバーと効果的に協力し、目標達成に貢献できるチームプレイヤー

• 日本語での円滑なコミュニケーションおよび文書作成能力

• 主体的に考え、実行に移せる方

　歓迎スキル・経験

• 英語でのビジネスコミュニケーション（読み書き・会話）が可能な能力。

• リレーショナルデータベースに関する知識および、SQL等を使用した一連のETLプロセス（テーブルの結合、加工、検証など）の経験

• 生成AIに関する知識と、それを活用した経験

• データに基づいて論理的に考え、課題の根本原因を探ることができる方

• Microsoft 365 (主にPower Apps, Power automate等)を活用した開発経験
